The Early Childhood Special Education program meets the needs of children ages 3 to 5 years who have developmental delays. Eligibility is determined by evaluations conducted by an early childhood diagnostic team. The staff then develops an Individualized Education Plan for qualified children. Services may include speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and/or social work. Parents receive support and instruction sessions.

The ECSE program has two classrooms that meet in the mornings Monday through Thursday and one classroom that meets in the afternoons Monday through Thursday.
