Learn about our program

Treehouse is a licensed child care center, located within Grandville Public Schools, that provides a safe, nurturing and fun environment for children ages 3 to 5 years and school-age children in young kindergarten to fourth grade. Our Treehouse All Day rooms are held at the Grandville Education Center — Early Learning Center. Our before & after school programs are held at Central Elementary and Century Park Learning Center. Treehouse staff members have been carefully screened and selected for their love of children, ability to guide and model positive behaviors, and enthusiasm to interact with children on a daily basis. We're proud that all of our programs are star-rated through the Great Start to Quality Kent Resource Center. We're grateful to be named a Top 5 Best Child Care Center in 2020, 2021 and 2022 by GR Kids!

Our All-Day programming for ages 3-5 implements a theme-based educational program for preschoolers that focuses on letters, numbers, colors and shapes. Daily activities include crafts, math, music, literature, large and small motor activities, and indoor and outdoor play. Treehouse also works on developing age appropriate life skills, including manners, getting dressed to go outside, and using the bathroom on their own.

During the school year, there is a relaxed program for children in grades K-4. They can do their homework, play with their friends, play in the gym or outdoors, and participate in organized activities, like crafts and games. Our kids love playing games like Mumball, 4 Corners and dodgeball!

Our summer program, Kids Klub, includes fun activities and field trips two to three times per week for school-age children. Our program is all inclusive, meaning that all activities and field trips are included! Examples of field trips and activities that we have done in the past include:
  • Kona Ice
  • Splash Pads
  • Planetariums
  • Bowling
